Booking & Payment
Sessions must be booked in advance.
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
Prices are subject to change for future purchases and bookings.
Package details, inclusions, and timelines will be outlined at the time of purchase.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to the full session fee.
No-shows are subject to the full session fee.
Exceptions may be made in the case of genuine emergencies.
Late Arrivals
Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of arrival time.
Time lost due to late arrival will not be added to the session.
Packages
Packages are non-transferable.
Package sessions are intended for use by the individual who purchased the package and may not be transferred, shared, divided, or assigned to another person.
Unused sessions are not redeemable for cash.
Unused package sessions are non-refundable.
Support between sessions is limited to what is specifically included in the package description.
Six-session packages must be completed within three (3) months of purchase.
Package timelines are intended to support continuity, momentum, and integration throughout the process.
Online Sessions
Sessions are conducted online unless otherwise specified.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and appropriate technology.
Participation from a private, distraction-free environment is recommended.
Scope of Practice
Lya provides educational, coaching, movement-based, and energy-balancing services intended to support self-awareness, personal growth, movement education, and wellbeing.
These services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical, psychological, or mental health condition and are not a substitute for the services of licensed healthcare, mental health, legal, or financial professionals.
Clients are encouraged to seek appropriate professional support when needed and remain responsible for their own healthcare decisions.
Client Responsibility
Participation in any session, service, program, or package is voluntary.
Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, interpretations, and outcomes.
Individual experiences and results vary. No specific outcomes or results can be guaranteed.
Confidentiality & Privacy
Information shared during sessions will be treated respectfully and confidentially, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of harm to self or others.
Personal information collected through bookings, communications, intake forms, and services is used solely for scheduling, communication, record-keeping, and the delivery of services.
Personal information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties except where required by law or with the client's consent.
Refund Policy
Completed sessions are non-refundable.
Unused package sessions are non-refundable.
Digital products, downloadable materials, recordings, and completed services are non-refundable.
Intellectual Property
All materials, resources, recordings, worksheets, guides, and content provided by Lya remain the intellectual property of Lya unless otherwise stated.
Materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, shared, published, or resold without written permission.
